All work is done in established dwellings. Most of the pictures are taken during and after the project is completed.

General Contracting Work

MT Deck

This Project involved improving and updating an existing deck. The joist were spaced to fare apart. We added extra joist between the existing joist to improve the stability of the deck. We installed the Trex decking and railing system. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

MP Flooring

This project involved removing carpeting and laminate flooring. Installing hardwood flooring from hallway to foyer. Installing slate tile in living room, through dining room and kitchen. We sealed the slate with high gloss sealer that brought out all the minute colors of the slate. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

DL Deck

This project involved replacing old decking and railing on a dual level deck. We repaired some water damaged wood against the house and installed a new landing with steps to lead down to the lower lawn. The lower decking and framing was completely replaced do to water damage. All post were cut to retain the original design but give more rigidity and longevity. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

LB Exterior Painting

This project involved pressure washing exterior of house, fixing holes under eaves and overhangs, and painting exterior of house. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

SF Porch Enclosure 

This project involved enclosing a back porch to make added living space. We enclosed the room, installed sheet rock  finished and painted the walls. Installed new laminate flooring and doors. Insulated walls, floor, and ceiling. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

BS Bathroom Updates

This project involved updating bath. Wains coating and painting. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

S M Master Bath

This project involved updating a master bath. Textured all walls. Painted all walls, ceilings, doors and trim. Installed new tile flooring, vanity cabinet, vanity, vanity mirror, storage cabinet and wall decorations. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

K H Kitchen and Dining Room

This project involved updating a kitchen and dining room. We relocated the stove and microwave. Painted all walls, ceilings, doors and trim. Installed new cabinets and counter tops. We also installed an attic access latter in den. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.
