General Contracting WorkMT Door Opining
This project involved opening up a door way to match the door beside it. We checked the structure of the doorway. Installed temporary supports, removed materials to open the door way up, and built a new header. We installed new sheet rock. Painted the entire grate room and storage closet. Then installed trim. This is what we came up with start to completion. DC Rental Home Renovation
This project was to renovate a rental property. There was some water damage in the laundry room and third bed room caused by a slow leek at the washing machine valve. We removed all damaged sub flooring, treated, and sealed all wood affected in both rooms. Replaced the insulation and built the new sub flooring. There was also a leaky roof. We removed all damaged shingles and replaced with new matching shingles. We rebuilt the half bath. Installed tile flooring in the laundry room, half bath and foyer. The owner decided to keep the original kitchen cabinets and we built new countertops and back splash. We improved on the wall throughout the house by removing all wall paper, repairing and painting the walls and all trim. We installed new 8mm floating floors throughout the house with no thresholds. Installed seamless bead board and chair railing in dinging area. Removed all interior doors and replaced them with six panel doors. Replaced sliding patio door with new bi-folding. New light fixtures where selected to replace. We pressure washed the house, cleaned out the gutters and painted the exterior doors and shutters. We installed new blinds and cosmetics updates throughout. This is what we came up with start to competition. DB Basement DenThis project was to fix water damage in basement den, laundry room and garage. The client wanted to make the den more warm and inviting. We installed new insulation and sheet rock where needed. We worked with the client with different colors of paint and tile. The den has a nice shape with several sharp corners. We were able to come up with a paint design to make the space look bigger thin it already is with the use of three colors. We installed new tile throughout and use our artistic eye to lace two different colors or grout. This really helps make the room flow even though it has several sharp angles. This is what we came up with from during to completion.
KT OfficeThis project was to make and office out of extra space within a existing office building. We built the walls out of aluminum studs. Installed sheet rock and door. After we painted this is what we came up with from during to completion.
MS ClosetThis project was converting a empty bedroom to a closet. We worked with the client on closet concepts and their options. We painted the walls then installed the hardware for the shelving and hanging system. This is what we came up with from during to completion.
SH Exterior UpdatesThis project was to update the front entry way, porch, and sidewalk. We replaced the shingled porch roof with rolled commercial roofing. Pressure washed entire house and porch. Stained wood ramp. New shutters, front security door and molding. We removed the sidewalk, framed and pored new sidewalk with brome finish. This is what we came up with beginning to completion.
JB Business SignThis project was making a business sign for a care maintenance business. This is what we came up with.
MR GarageThis project updated an detached garage. The client had an old aluminum roof with no sheathing under it for support. The client has had issues with tree limbs going through the aluminum causing leaks. We removed the old aluminum roof. Installed ¾” sheathing for more support in the event more tree limbs fall on the garage. New shingles and siding. The client chose to paint the garage at a later date. This is what we came up with from begging to completion.
AJ Bath and Bead RoomThis project updated the exterior shutters, down stairs bath, and bead room. The bath just needed to be completed with cabinetry, toilet and fixtures. The bead room needed tile floor and base boards. The client also wanted to improve the look of the exterior by having shutters installed on the front windows. This is what we came up with.
JR Dinning Room Chair RailThis project was five stage staining and three coat high gloss finish. The client seen the work we did with chair rail at the Speedway Circle Home Renovation project. The client wanted the same chair concept but wanted it to chews a different chair real pattern and also have the colors work with the wall paper. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.
WG Detached GarageThis project was updating an detached garage. The house was involved in a house fire. The client was able to rebuild, but insurance did not include improvements on the detached garage. The garage was updated by removing the trash, doge kennels, overgrown brush, weathered exterior sheathing and two layers of roofing shingles. New paint, siding, roofing shingles, garage door and new mail box. We were able to find siding and paint that matched the new house. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.
Speedway Circle Home Renovation4 Bed, room, 2 Bath, 1800SF. This project was updating the total house. The home has new siding, replacement windows, and exterior paint. The home has undergoing new interior renovation. New textured walls thorough, paint scams and accent wall, crown moulding, base boards, first and second floor bathroom renovations, replacement doors, hardwood floor refinishing, kitchen cabinets, tile counter top, and much more.
MP Pre-Stained Hard Wood Floor InstalledThis project updated the three bed room and hallway with hardwood flooring throughout. The floors were installed with no transitions, or thresholds in doorways. This project was done in Portland Oregon. Depending on the situation M & W Realty Properties will travel. The plan is to eventually continue the hard wood flooring into the living room and tile the kitchen, dining room, bath rooms and laundry room.
WA Living Room, Foyer, and Half BathThis project updated the living room and foyer to hardwood flooring throughout. The client originally wanted to tile the foyer and put hardwood flooring in the living room and bar area. Do to the shape of the area and working with the client on different concepts, we convinced the client to tile from the front door to the bar area. Seeing that the fire place was placed on a forty five degree angle in the corner of the living room, the hardwood floors would look better on a forty five degree angle too. This would look appealing, add more functionality to the space, and make the room look spacious and unique. Customer wanted to have a designer quarter round molding. I stained to match the flooring, polyurethane, and cut to fit.

Kitchens & BathsCC BathThis project involved converting a half bath to a full bath. Building out a wall for a shower and new bath door. This is what we came up with during to completion.
CW Bath & LaundryThis project was to fix water damage in the laundry room and adjacent bathroom from a slow leak. We had to remove damaged flooring, and sub flooring in laundry. Also had to remove sink, toilet, tub, damaged flooring and sub flooring in bathroom. In doing this we had to remove the wall separating the laundry room and bathroom. We installed new insulation, sub flooring, replaced wall, tub and sheet rock. Painted and tiled the floors to clients liking. Replaced toilet, sink and shelving. This is what we came up with from during to completion. JB BathThis project was to update and change a standard bathroom to a handicap accessible shower room. We removed toilet, sink, tub and sheet rock. We moved plumbing for toilet and sink down to make room for the new shower stall. We replaced the old window with a new replacement window. We removed a section of the floor to build the base for the shower stall and installed the walls. We helped the client pick out paint and tile. We installed sheetrock and painted. Tiled the shower stall and floor. Replaced the sink and toilet. Installed new grab rails in the shower and beside the toilet. We also installed a TV in the bathroom. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.
NB BathThis project updated the bath. New window, bathtub, tiled bathtub back splash, vent, textured walls and ceiling (Knock Down), paint, tile flooring, toilet, vanity and vanity top and mirror. We worked with the client on picking out tile that would work together, and tile concepts. Then we were able to pick out a color that would allow the bathroom to work well. This is what we came up with from during to completion.
KC Kitchen Back SplashThis project was updating the kitchen back splash with slate tile. The client chose the materials. We worked with the client on grout color and weather to leave the tile flat, simi gloss or high gloss. We installed the tile, grouted and sealed it. This is what we came up with beginning to completion. LB BathThis project updated the bath. This bath was separated into four sections. One section with the bath tub, two section with sink and toilet (half bath) and an attached closet.. All connected by doors. The client chose to have one of the walls removed to open the space and improve functionality. We removed all old tile and linoleum. Replaced damaged sub flooring, sheetrock. Installed new tile linoleum, baseboards, and fixtures. The client picked out all their materials. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.
SR BathThis project updated the bath. New textured walls (Knock Down), paint, tile flooring, toilet, vanity and vanity top and mirror. We worked with the client on picking out tile that would work together, and tile concepts. Then we were able to pick out a color that would allow the bathroom to work with the new green vanity top. This is what we came up with from during to completion.
JN Bath TilingThis project was fixing water damage to bath floor from toilet leak. The toilet leaked for a period of time and caused damage to sub flooring. I took up old tile and fixed damaged sub floor. Worked with client to pick out new tile and installed on a forty five degree design.
CC Master Bath RenovationThis project updated the master bath. The master bath was converted from a half bath to a full bath by installing a 60 inch shower stall. New paint, shower tile back splash, tile flooring, shower doors, entry door, toilet, vanity and vanity top and medicine cabinet. We worked with the client on picking out tile that would work together, and tile concepts. Then we were able to pick out a color that would allow the bathroom to be feminine. This is what we came up with.
DB Down Stairs BathThis project updated the down stairs bath. The bath was updated to hide plumbing pipes that were eyesores. New paint, tile flooring, toilet, vanity and vanity top and medicine cabinet. We worked with the client on picking out tile that would work together, and tile concepts. Then we were able to pick out a color that would allow the bathroom to be masculine. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.
PM Master Bath.This project was updating the master bath. The master bath had white tile and white grout that had over time stained to a grayish brown color. We removed the old tile from the bathtub surround and floor. Installed new sub flooring and backer board on the bathtub surround. The customer wanted the tile to be elegant and inviting. Working together with the customer we spent some time with many tile concepts that would work in the bathroom. This is what we came up with.
S Master Bath.This project updated for the Master Half Bath and storage closet. Painted, added crown moulding, tile flooring, refurbish vanity cabinet, installed new vanity sink, and wall cabinets.
