All work is done in established dwellings. Most of the pictures are taken during and after the project is completed.

General Contracting Work

Emanuel Presbyterian Church

This project involved fixing damaged wall and ceiling from previous contractor. We removed the remainder of the ceiling in two rooms. We leveled and installed new wall studs and installed new sheetrock and insulation. Finished, primed and painted all sheetrock. Cleaned carpeting and installed trim where needed. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

M & S Home Updates

This project involved converting a laundry room and closet to a full bath with shower. Converting a half bath to a closet. Converting a dining room into a master bad room by installing a new door on one entrance and building a wall and bi-fold doors at the other entrance. Also removing a wall between the dining room and living room to open up the floor plan. This is what we came up with from during to completion.

KT Office

This project involved the building out of two new offices. This is what we came up with from during to completion.

Kitchens & Baths

M & P C Home updates

This project involved installing tile sub flooring and tile continually through dining room, kitchen, pantry, half bath, closet and laundry room. We also fixed water damage from a leaking toilet and we updated half bath. We finally resurfaced kitchen cabinets. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

M & C C Home updates

This project involved painting black cabinets white. We had a separate garnet company install new garnet. We installed a new backsplash. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

T & A W Kitchen

This was a two part project. Part one was water damage from a water line. We rebuilt the kitchen with new cabinets and reused the counter tops. Part two was needed due to a grease fire after part one was completed. We removed all damaged materials of the kitchen and rebuilt with new insulation, sheetrock, cabinets, counter top, and backsplash where needed. Textured ceiling and painted entire kitchen and dining room. This is what we came up with during to completion.

RB Bath

This project involved making a full bath bigger. We removed tub, toilet and a wall to relocate a new wall to make the bathroom bigger. We also relocated tub and toilet and updated the bathroom. This is what we came up with from beginning to completion.

KK Bath

This project involved removal of existing Jacuzzi tub and separate shower to replace with up to date Jacuzzi and separate shower. Tile work throughout. New vanity top, mirrors, and lighting. This is what we came up with beginning to completion.
